The Latin name of the herb is Herba Clinopodium Vulgaris.
Description: Perennial plant, 20-60 cm high. Stem ascending, rarely leafy, simple or branched. Leaves ovate, entire, obtuse. Stems and leaves covered with short soft hairs. Flowers red, emerging from the axils of the upper leaves. Blooms June-September.
Usage: 1 tablespoon of the decoction 2-3 times a day.
Preparation: 1 tablespoon of the herb is poured with 250 ml of boiling water and boiled for 4-5 minutes.
